Full-Time | Direct Hire Position Overview Rita Staffing is seeking an experienced, hands-on Field Engineer for an established company specializing in technical equipment and engineered systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys being in the field, solving mechanical challenges, working directly with customers, and managing projects from concept through completion. This is not a traditional desk engineering position! The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, technical troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to work independently in demanding environments. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and engineered systems in the field, working alongside customers and service technicians.
• Provide technical support and resolve equipment and system performance issues.
• Design systems, size components, and develop P&IDs.
• Coordinate engineering projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Develop cost estimates, technical proposals, and project quotes.
• Partner with sales, engineering, and service teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, specifications, drawings, and operating manuals.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding technical issues, project progress, and service needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, processes, and overall customer satisfaction.
