Job Description

Manchester, NH (Onsite)
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $90,000 Annually (Level I or II)
Hours:
Standard Office Hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)Onsite position: Manchester, NHAbout the RoleOur facility is set to double in size over the next 2-3 years, driving an expansion of our engineering team. We are hiring two Quality Engineers (Level I or II) reporting directly to the Director of Quality.

Experienced (Level II): Candidates with at 3+ years of quality experience in electronics manufacturing.

Must-Have QualificationsBachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).Experience or coursework involving electronic components, quality systems, or technical blueprints.

Solution-focused mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.(For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor for this position.)Key ResponsibilitiesDrive ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance while implementing Lean manufacturing practices.

Perform root cause investigations and corrective actions on electronic components, transistors, and QPL parts serving aerospace and defense markets.

Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process audits, and data analysis.

Partner with production and engineering teams to optimize process capabilities.
