招聘职位：HRBP（美东地区︱新泽西）工作地点：New Jersey（需支持美东区域业务）岗位职责深入了解业务部门的组织架构、人员需求与发展计划，提供专业的人力资源支持与解决方案。协助业务负责人开展人才招聘、人才盘点、员工关系及组织发展等工作。参与制定并推动招聘策略，通过招聘网站、社交媒体、行业活动等渠道吸引优秀人才。支持员工入职、转正、异动、离职等全生命周期流程，持续优化员工体验。与业务团队及员工保持良好沟通，及时识别并协助解决人力资源相关问题。跟进行业趋势、人才市场及当地劳动法规，确保人力资源实践合规、高效。协助建立人才库，并维护候选人、业务部门及合作伙伴关系。任职要求中英文沟通流利，具备良好的跨文化沟通能力。本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、工商管理、传播学或相关专业优先。 2年以上招聘、人力资源或HRBP相关工作经验；具备独立支持招聘项目或业务团队经验者优先。熟悉美国劳动法规及当地雇佣实践者优先。熟练使用Microsoft Office及招聘/人力资源相关系统。具备较强的沟通协调、问题解决与执行能力，能适应快速变化的工作环境。我们期待一位既理解业务、又关注人才发展的HR伙伴，与团队共同成长。联系方式：62265963895 Email：serena.li@gofo.com 职位类型：全职薪资：每小时$25.00起预计小时数：每周 40.0 福利: 401(k) Dental insurance Relocation assistance Retirement plan
