Electronics Engineer Pay:
$65,000-$80,000 per year

Carlisle, PA — 100% On-site About FSIP Flight Systems Industrial Products (FSIP) is a leader in the remanufacturing and manufacturing of advanced electronics serving the industrial equipment and electric vehicle industries. Position Summary FSIP is seeking a hands-on Electronics Engineer with strong component-level troubleshooting experience . Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this position works directly with motor controls and other electronic products to support reverse engineering, testing, product development, technical documentation, and our repair technicians. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with electronic systems, diagnosing component-level failures, and developing practical technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Read, interpret, and develop electronic schematics and electrical diagrams. Troubleshoot electronic systems and identify component-level failures and solutions. Reverse engineer motor controls and other electronic systems at the component level. Research and identify electronic parts and components. Create and maintain CAD drawings, technical documentation, and bills of materials (BOMs). Design, build, and maintain test sets and equipment used to evaluate electronic products. Develop testing, repair, and engineering procedures. Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to repair technicians. Train technicians on new products, procedures, test equipment, and repair processes. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality to resolve technical issues and support product and process improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electronics Engineering Technology (EET); OR an associate degree in a related electronics engineering field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant electronics engineering experience. Strong ability to read and understand electronic schematics and electrical diagrams. Experience troubleshooting electronic systems at the component level. Ability to perform mathematical calculations required for engineering and technical applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
