Field Engineer - Direct Hire A growing manufacturer of specialty equipment is looking for a Field Engineer to join their team directly. This is a hands-on role supporting equipment installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning at customer locations. Responsibilities Install, test, and commission custom machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues. Work directly with customers on-site and remotely to resolve technical issues. Coordinate and oversee equipment installations. Assist with assembly and testing at the manufacturing facility before shipment. Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Travel both domestically and internationally, including occasional extended trips. Qualifications Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Engineering or technical degree is a plus, but relevant hands-on experience is also considered. Must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Some flexibility in hours based on project needs Domestic and international travel required #

AP Pay:

$87,311.10 - $102,998.31 per year
