Stellar Roofing is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Home Exterior Specialist to consult with homeowners about their exterior renovation needs, including roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. This role combines elements of customer service, sales, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be personable, trustworthy, and passionate about helping clients improve the safety, efficiency, and curb appeal of their homes. Wage Range indicates range consistent with our sales rep. This is 100% commission only

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations to assess the condition of roofing and other exterior components. Educate homeowners on exterior renovation options, materials, warranties, and services offered. Provide accurate measurements and detailed assessments using tools and technology (e.g., drones, mobile apps). Generate estimates and proposals tailored to customer needs and budgets. Manage the sales process from lead follow-up to signed contract, ensuring excellent customer experience. Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and crews to ensure clear communication and seamless project delivery. Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and manufacturer certifications. Always Represent Stellar Roofing professionally, including at local events, home shows, and community outreach. Follow up post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction and gather referrals or reviews.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in home improvement, roofing, construction sales, or a related field. Background in exterior systems (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors) highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable using CRM software, tablets, and digital measurement tools. Ability to read blueprints and understand basic construction terminology is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Soft Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
