Position Summary The Vice President of iDC Made leads the business unit's growth, operational performance, profitability, and customer execution. The role has full ownership of safety, quality, production, engineering, continuous improvement, workforce development, and financial results for iDC's value-added manufacturing and assembly operations, including computer and technology-product assembly, configuration, testing, packaging, and fulfillment. This hands-on executive will build scalable manufacturing processes and develop iDC Made into a disciplined, high-quality platform supporting existing customers and new business growth. Key Responsibilities Business Unit Leadership & P&L Own iDC Made operational and financial performance, including revenue, labor, operating expenses, margin, and EBITDA; develop annual plans, budgets, staffing models, capital requirements, and productivity targets. Establish KPIs and operating rhythms for safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and customer performance; partner with Sales, Solutions, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to support growth. Expand iDC Made into additional manufacturing, assembly, kitting, configuration, repair, and value-added services. Manufacturing & Operations Lead production, assembly, configuration, testing, packaging, inventory, production planning, capacity planning, line balancing, labor standards, takt time, throughput, and productivity management. Ensure equipment, tooling, workstations, technology, staffing, and facility infrastructure support customer SLAs, production schedules, quality standards, shipment commitments, seasonal peaks, and growth. Quality, Engineering & Continuous Improvement Lead the iDC Made Quality Management System, ISO 9001 compliance/certification readiness, and
ISO 14001
environmental standards where applicable. Establish quality controls, CAPA, root-cause analysis, internal audits, supplier quality, work instructions, testing requirements, and documentation discipline. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, standard work, automation, engineered labor standards, and process improvements that reduce defects, rework, scrap, downtime, and handling. Partner with IT and Engineering to integrate WMS, ERP/MRP, MES/production systems, testing systems, and customer technologies. Customer, Growth & Launches Participate in customer business reviews, new-product introductions, and escalations; translate customer requirements into executable operating plans and rapidly resolve quality, production, inventory, and service issues. Partner with Sales and Solutions on pricing, operational design, labor modeling, equipment, facility requirements, and implementation planning for prospective customers. Lead new customer/product launches and standardized readiness across equipment, staffing, training, quality, systems, inventory, production validation, productivity, and profitability. Safety & People Leadership Maintain a strong safety culture and compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations; incorporate ergonomics and safe-work practices into production design and partner with EHS on corrective actions and training. Build and lead a high-performing organization across Production, Quality, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Planning, Inventory, and supporting functions; establish accountability, succession plans, and leadership development. Demonstrated P&L ownership and leadership of high-volume manufacturing or assembly operations. Experience implementing and/or managing an

Quality Management System; strong Lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement knowledge. Experience managing production planning, labor productivity, quality, inventory, and customer performance; proven ability to build high-performing teams. Strong financial, analytical, communication, and customer leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Electronics, computer hardware, gaming PC, technology-product, or complex light-manufacturing assembly/configuration/testing experience.

implementation from the ground up; ISO 14001 and/or Lean Six Sigma certification. WMS, ERP/MRP, MES, production-management systems, and new facility/production-line/customer launch experience. 3PL, contract manufacturing, or outsourced manufacturing experience. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline required. Advanced degree or MBA preferred. Leadership Profile A visible, hands-on leader who combines manufacturing discipline with an entrepreneurial mindset and can move effectively between the production floor, customer meetings, financial reviews, and strategic planning. Demonstrates ownership, urgency, process discipline, customer focus, financial acumen, and the ability to scale iDC Made's organization and capabilities.
