This is a senior-level opportunity for a hands-on quality professional who can independently build and implement quality management systems, lead AS/ISO certification efforts, and establish quality processes with minimal oversight. Experience in precision manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, or robotics is preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality management systems, procedures, and documentation. Lead AS/ISO certification preparation, audits, and compliance efforts. Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Work with engineering and production teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes. Oversee inspections, supplier quality, and compliance with technical specifications. Support manufacturing setup and quality system implementation at the company's Oklahoma facility. Qualifications and Requirements Extensive quality engineering or quality management experience in manufacturing. Proven experience building quality systems and leading certification efforts. Background in precision manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, or robotics. Knowledge of quality audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Pay:
