We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and mechanical projects from pre-construction through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has proven Project Manager experience in construction or mechanical environments and is comfortable managing clients, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project teams across a range of building types. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management from pre-construction through closeout.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure scope, quality and schedule compliance.

Prepare, review and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, change orders and invoicing.

Develop and maintain project schedules; proactively identify and mitigate delays and bottlenecks.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and company quality standards on site and in documentation.

Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact; provide regular status updates, meetings and progress reports. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager leading construction or mechanical projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.

Experience with Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing etc Strong project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, cost control and change management. Excellent communication, negotiation and client-facing skills; ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractor relationships. Familiarity with construction safety standards, building codes and quality control practices. Candidates who fill out skills and questions move to the front of the application proces!
