Ensures the delivery and success of AEM enterprise-level integration and development involving third party client side integration including request/response flow Participates in gathering of AEM technical and functional requirements from business teams during discovery phase and share your expertise with tech lead/architects to translate it into AEM UI solution and document it Create development approach along with team and present it for approval with technical lead along with efforts Should be hands on AEM features and functionality development using latest and greatest design pattern (atomic/modular design or singleton/factory design) for custom solution and third party integration Should be creative and OOTB thinker to bring best practices in development approaches Suggest alternative technical solutions to meet business requirements more efficiently and/or with greater reusability and/or long term solution Contributes to architectural decisions and guidelines for development teams to ensure compliances Experience and exposure in agile methodologies Excellent communication skills and customer relationship building skills What we are looking for Extensive and strong hands on experience of AEM Components, editable Templates, Client Libraries, Taxonomy, metadata management, Forward and Reverse Replication, Workflows, Content Publishing, Tagging, Campaigns, Analytics and Targeting Should have strong experience in designing optimized AEM libraries delivery and reusability across tenants Experience/understanding with third party integrations e.g. Search Integrations, Authentication Handlers, Web services Integrations, CRM Integrations Experience working with E-Commerce platforms is highly desirable (e.g. Magento, SalesForce Commerce Cloud etc.) Good understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using AEM, Search, Commerce package or other platforms. Good understanding of AEM capabilities including Multi-site manager and Blueprinting, and the use of Online marketing components such as advanced targeting/ personalization, and multi-variate testing. Should have implemented AEM multi-tenant solutions and delivered it Should have implemented tagging and data layers for complex analytics scenarios, content targeting and personalization scenarios Should have conducted code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure optimal code quality and appropriate design patterns are used Should have Employed, promoted and enforced strong coding standards for security, efficiency, readability and reuse Having one or more of the following certifications is a plus.
