In this role, you'll lead civil engineering projects from planning through construction, managing design, permitting, budgets, and schedules. You'll mentor junior engineers, coordinate with municipalities and stakeholders, and ensure code and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a licensed PE with strong site design experience, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
