Pay:

$80,000 plus per year + Performance Bonus Anchor Electric of Florida is seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Project Manager / Department Manager to take ownership of our residential electrical division. Our residential department currently consists of crews doing new construction, service work, remodels, troubleshooting, electrical upgrades, EV chargers, generators, and other residential electrical work. We are looking to grow ading more trucks. We are looking for the right person to help us expand and grow this division. Anchor Electric is continuing to grow, and we want a Residential Manager who is excited about building something. The right candidate will be responsible not only for managing the residential operation we have today, but also for helping us develop the systems, people, pricing, processes, and customer relationships necessary to add additional crews and significantly grow our residential business. This is a hands-on management position with real responsibility and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of the company. The Opportunity We want to build a larger, stronger, and more profitable residential division. The person we hire will have the opportunity to help shape how that division operates as it grows.

Fully stocked residential service vans Organized warehouse inventory or atleast working towards it Dedicated warehouse support to work with Material tracking and job costing Job staging Standardized residential pricing Service Fusion is our mobilt opperating system Improved scheduling and dispatching Better estimating and job-cost controls Additional residential crews as the department grows Our goal is to create an operation where electricians have what they need, jobs are properly priced and prepared, customers receive excellent service, and management has accurate information to make good business decisions. The successful candidate will be expected to help us take the department from three trucks today to a significantly larger residential operation over time. What You Will Be Responsible For You will oversee the residential department from the initial customer request through final invoicing and job closeout.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and schedule multiple residential electrical crews with the goal of adding additional crews as demand grows Some administrative responsibilities can be performed remotely when appropriate, but this is an active management position based in Flagler Co. Florida. The Residential Project Manager must be available to work with our office, warehouse, field crews, customers, builders, and jobsites as operational needs require. We are looking for someone who knows when to manage from the office and when to get involved in the field.
