The Project Engineering Supervisor leads a team of project engineers responsible for delivering high-quality engineering support to operations centers. This role ensures alignment between project teams and operations, drives timely execution of engineering deliverables, and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a Project Engineering Supervisor, you will: Supervise the activities of project engineers, reinforcing expectations and deliverables set by operations center engineering teams. Plan, organize, direct, and control project engineering activities to ensure adherence to schedules, specifications, and cost estimates. Oversee PM-to-Engineering Turnover meetings, ensuring detailed planning and effective facilitation between project teams and operations centers. Coordinate project engineering priorities between the Project Team and Operations Centers to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Plan and justify staffing requirements and other investments to support timely execution of assigned work. Monitor and track project engineering financials, identifying and mitigating cost overruns to meet planned budgets. Maintain strong relationships between project engineering, execution teams, and operations centers to manage changes and minimize delays and costs. Manage or advise on hiring, training, development, allocation, and performance assessment of personnel within the team. Lead, mentor, and develop PEs, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement. You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Two years of college or technical school resulting in an associate's degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience in engineering or project management in direct support of fire alarm or building automation systems 2+ years of experience supervising teams Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
