Job Description

Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Staff Fuels Engineer / Project Manager to lead complex fuel engineering and capital projects within our Engineering & Design organization. In this role, you will develop and execute fuel strategies that enhance reliability, cost efficiency, and sustainability across our diverse energy portfolio. You will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and safety. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll guide technical decision-making, mentor engineers, and present recommendations that drive impactful, innovative energy solutions in a dynamic, mission-driven culture.
