Leads the planning process of new products and/or improvements to existing products, focusing on project concerns such as cost, completion dates, resource allocation, quality/reliability, resource allocation, budget allocation, etc.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

+ Ability to run multiple high-profile projects simultaneously - Each PD will have specific accts that they will be assigned too, however as projects arise, they will be given other projects from smaller customers if need

+ Provides technical leadership to various engineering projects and coordinate across all disciplines while giving work direction and inputs to business functional groups and provide leadership in resolving complex technical issues

+ Must have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form - As the person who is coordinating all aspects of the project communication is incredibly important.

+ Develops and implements resource plans in order to ensure the proper resources are allocated for successful completion of the project(s)

+ Must be able to manage both internal and external customers
