Job Description

Constellation Energy seeks an Engineering Manager to lead utility-scale energy projects across generation, transmission, and grid modernization. You will manage a team of engineers, oversee project design, implementation, and performance, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. Partner with operations, IT, and finance to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable energy solutions. Responsibilities include resource planning, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and risk management.
