Job Description Plant Engineering Manager Multibillion dollar Food Manufacturing market leader seeks an innovative and accomplished Plant Engineering Manager for one of their key facilities. As part of the senior leadership team, you'll report directly to the Plant Manager and lead the development and implementation of plant technical strategies focused on engineering capital projects, systems improvement, and operational excellence. You will drive vertical startup processes that support low-loss production systems, provide solutions to complex technical challenges, and enhance overall plant performance. In partnership with Corporate Engineering, you will manage the plant capital plan, and oversee critical utility systems that support safety, quality, sanitation, cost, and service objectives.
