Key Responsibilities Lead market strategy and drive loan, deposit, and overall business growth. Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with Agriculture and Commercial customers. Build and maintain a strong network of customers, business leaders, and community partners. Provide personalized financial solutions that meet the needs of customers and support long-term relationships. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer service and shared success. Maintain sound credit quality, manage market performance, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Represent the bank through active community involvement and a commitment to local economic growth. Qualifications Significant banking experience, in Ag lending Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop people and drive business results. Strong understanding of credit analysis, loan structuring, and portfolio management. Demonstrated success in business development and building lasting customer relationships. Established connections within South Central Nebraska preferred, with the ability to build a strong local network. Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for community banking, customer service, and supporting the success of local businesses and communities. $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
