The Successful Applicant A successful Director of Engineering should have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required Master's degree preferred 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in manufacturing Experience leading new product introductions Background in process development, tooling, and production systems Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement Experience with ERP and manufacturing planning systems Proven record of driving operational improvements Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles Strategic thinker with strong business acumen What's on Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to lead operations in a medium-sized, growth-focused organization.
