Job Description Lead engineering teams responsible for new product development and ongoing product support. Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent while fostering a high-performance culture. Drive technology strategy and partner with commercial teams on future product road maps. Oversee the design, enhancement, and life cycle management of advanced RF-based products. Balance engineering resources across multiple programs to ensure successful execution. Manage budgets associated with research and development, sustaining engineering, and customer-funded projects. Establish and continuously improve engineering processes, standards, and best practices. Act as a technical leader and customer-facing representative during meetings and program reviews. Support proposal development, project cost estimation, and business growth initiatives. Champion innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline. Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering with an RF focus preferred. Extensive experience leading engineering teams within aerospace, defense, RF, microwave, or highly regulated manufacturing environments. Strong background in RF passive component design, simulation, and engineering best practices. Experience working with military, aerospace, and space industry standards. Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, team development, and performance management. Demonstrated success managing technical projects, schedules, and budgets. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and senior leadership. Ability to obtain access to U.S. export-controlled information (ITAR).
