Job Description Manage multiple engineering and land development projects simultaneously. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, agencies, and stakeholders. Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and staffing plans. Coordinate internal engineering disciplines including civil, environmental, transportation, survey, geotechnical, and structural teams. Monitor project performance, financials, and resource allocation. Lead client meetings, presentations, and progress reviews. Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and permitting requirements. Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and project risks. Mentor junior staff and support professional development initiatives. Support business development and proposal preparation efforts. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, or related field. PE License preferred. 7+ years of engineering, consulting, or project management experience. Experience managing municipal, infrastructure, transportation, utility, or land development projects. Strong understanding of project budgeting and financial management. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
