Job Description

Product Design Manager — Architectural Hardware & Accessories $60-80K Full‑Time Port Jervis, NY + NYC Showroom We're growing fast and looking for a Product Design Manager who can take ownership of our product line and push it forward. You'll develop new products, refine existing ones, and build the systems that make our design and manufacturing pipeline more efficient and scalable.

You Will:

Lead new product development from concept through production Drive new finishes, features, and product programs Maintain and optimize the existing catalog Build standards that streamline design, engineering, and manufacturing Create 3D models and production drawings Expand our supply chain for OEM components (locks, hinges, lighting, accessories) Work closely with metalworking, casting, and machining partners Support website and e‑commerce product updates

You Bring:

Product/industrial design background Hands‑on understanding of metal fabrication processes Strong 3D modeling skills Experience with OEM sourcing and supply chain development Ability to scale output quickly and efficiently Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
