+ Growing Team Chagrin Falls, Ohio (Commutable from: Cleveland, Akron, Solon, Aurora, Beachwood, Mayfield Heights, Mentor, Hudson) Are you an Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Superintendent or Foreman looking to step into a key role with a growing commercial electrical contractor where you'll take real ownership of projects and work directly with the CEO? On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a tight-knit, personable business known for high standards and open communication, where you can help shape how projects are delivered and grow into a senior leadership position as the team expands. This is a stable, long-term role managing commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating with other trades to prevent conflicts and delays, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. You will split your time roughly 70/30 between office and site, acting as a hands-on leader for the field team while keeping control of schedules, quality and client expectations. This role would suit someone from a commercial electrical background who wants more responsibility, autonomy and a clear path to building and leading a larger team over time.

The Role:

Manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through completion Coordinate electrical work with other trades to prevent conflicts and delays 70/30 office vs. field split (hands-on leadership on site)
