Develop and recommend annual and long-range work plans and budgets. Coordinate departmental activities and establish effective procedures. Ensure safety standards and secure necessary permits and licenses. Provide reports and technical support to the President/CEO. Stay informed on regulations affecting operations and participate in relevant organizations. Attend meetings as requested by the President/CEO.
