The Role:

Lead, support and develop a small team of Engineers and Service personnel Take ownership of and help shape the engineering department Provide technical guidance, review drawings and BOMs and solve complex engineering problems Report directly to the President while working closely with Production, Service and the wider business

The Person:

Engineering Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Lead Engineer or similar Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background within machinery, capital equipment or manufacturing Strong SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience Ambitious, hands-on and excited by the opportunity to lead, influence and progress
