LANSDOWNE, Pennsylvania job type: Permanent salary: $130,000 - 140,000 per year work hours: 7am to 3pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Manage multiple electrical and general construction projects from preconstruction and bidding through execution and closeout.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, equipment procurement, documentation, change orders, and overall performance.

Coordinate union electrical crews, subcontractors, vendors, owners, and internal project stakeholders.

Visit jobsites as needed to monitor progress, resolve field issues, and ensure work meets safety, quality, and contract requirements.

Price project scopes and change orders while supporting electrical estimating and procurement activities. Requirements 5+ years of electrical construction experience, ideally as a Project Manager or highly experienced APM managing projects from bid through closeout.

Proven ability to independently manage 3-5 concurrent projects, with knowledge of commercial electrical systems, including 208V and 480V work.
