Ward Edwards Engineering is seeking a project manager to lead various land development projects. A successful candidate would be team-oriented, technology-confident, attentive to detail, organized, and driven. Main Job Roles

• Land Planning/ Site Layout
• Review water, sanitary sewer, paving, grading, drainage, and erosion control designs
• Oversee stormwater models and calculation reports
• Provide technical engineering guidance and mentoring
• Manage project budgets and permitting schedules
• Supervise and develop a design team
• Lead communication with permitting entities, sub-consultants, clients, and contractors
• Prepare client project proposals
• Negotiate and secure client project contracts
• Forecast project workload for a small design team
• Deliver excellence and delight on client projects Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-Accredited Program
• Competent in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 6+ years of relevant experience

$75,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
