Talento Search Group is seeking a strong Engineering Supervisor for our client in the North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area. This is a direct hire position.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight of engineering personnel to include training, coaching, corrective actions, and development plans Review of customer specifications for manufacturing viability and system compliance (BOMs, work instructions, process sheets, etc.) Drive lean manufacturing, FABs, process improvements, quality compliance and collaborating with other departments Ensure all documentation / electronic systems are update to date and accurate

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in an Engineering role - preferably 2 years as a lead Associates Degree in Engineering (Bachelor's preferred) or related field Knowledgeable with

ISO / AS/ IPC / JSTD

standards Strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts Ability to pass stringent pre-employment screenings Experience with electromechanical manufacturing highly preferred
