• Key Responsibilities Coach and develop engineering staff while setting priorities that align with plant goals and operational objectives.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve workplace safety, product quality, productivity, and manufacturing costs. Lead equipment, tooling, and process improvement projects from planning through implementation. Coordinate engineering resources and support new product launches to ensure successful production implementation. Identify opportunities to reduce equipment downtime, improve reliability, and maximize operational efficiency. Strengthen standard work practices and maintain accurate engineering documentation to support consistent, efficient manufacturing processes. What We're Looking For

• Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Progressive engineering experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience leading engineers, technicians, or technical project teams. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated project management experience, including involvement in new product launches. Preferred Qualifications Experience in metal fabrication, MIG or resistance welding, machining, assembly, or wire forming. Background in equipment design, tooling, automation, or maintenance. Proficiency with SolidWorks. Knowledge of manufacturing systems, including bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and product costing. Why Apply?
