We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical design and construction efforts across commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. The role combines technical mechanical expertise with project management leadership to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities while collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors. Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical scope for design-build and design-bid-build projects from preconstruction through closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.

Manage project teams of engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure coordinated execution of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related equipment).

Serve as primary client contact for mechanical project issues, providing regular status updates, progress reports, and problem resolution.

Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost-control measures to meet financial targets.

Coordinate mechanical design development with architects, MEP engineers, and design consultants to ensure constructability, code compliance, and performance requirements. Qualifications Minimum 1+ years of progressive experience managing mechanical construction projects, with proven experience as a Project Manager.

Strong technical background in mechanical systems including HVAC, commercial plumbing, piping, and equipment installation.

Demonstrated experience with commercial construction, design-build delivery, and coordination with architects and engineers.

Experience on K-12, higher education, healthcare/hospital, hospitality, retail, industrial, and ground-up construction projects is highly desirable.
