As an Engineering Manager - FEA Lead , you will lead a high-performing team of analysis engineers supporting the design and development of conventional marine internal combustion engines, drive systems, electrified propulsion and vessels. Job Duties:

Provide both technical leadership and team leadership with active execution Serve as primary technical expert in FEA and CAE Mentor junior, mid-level, and senior analysts by providing coaching and guidance on modeling approaches, simulation setup, scripting, correlation techniques, and interpretation of results. Manage and balance workload for a group of 8-10 analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time execution Collaborate with design, test, and manufacturing teams to support design decisions Document analysis findings and share results with stakeholders, engineering partners, and leaders Identify potential areas for new method development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
