Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Crawlspace Technician to join our dynamic remediation team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for cleaning, and restoring crawlspaces affected by water damage, mold, or flood-related incidents. Your expertise will help homeowners and businesses recover from property damage efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to adhering to industry safety protocols while delivering exceptional service. This role will have an opportunity to advance to crew leader after training as well as potential raise in pay after training. Duties Perform cleaning and debris removal using hand tools and power tools to prepare areas for restoration Apply industry-standard techniques for mold remediation and water damage restoration in confined spaces Use personal protective equipment (PPE) including full face respiratory protection to ensure safety during all tasks Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment Execute restoration procedures following established safety protocols and industry best practices Maintain a clean and organized work environment within crawlspaces to promote safety and efficiency Skills Proven experience in restoration industry practices, including water damage, and mold remediation Strong knowledge of safety protocols such as PPE use, respiratory protection, and hazard identification in confined spaces Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and construction-related machinery effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Prior crawlspace/mold remediation experience is advantageous for possible higher starting pay Commitment to adhering to safety standards and company policies at all times Join our team as a Crawlspace Technicians and Mold Remediators if you're passionate about restoring properties safely while providing outstanding service. From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
