Lead Mitigation Technician Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to oversee and execute water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, industry experience, and the ability to lead a team through complex mitigation processes. This role involves on-call coverage to respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring efficient and effective restoration services for our clients. Duties Lead and coordinate mitigation projects including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing their concerns throughout the mitigation process. Oversee on-call coverage to respond promptly to emergency calls and urgent mitigation needs. Supervise and support mitigation technicians, ensuring safety protocols and industry standards are followed. Assess damage, develop work plans, and execute restoration strategies efficiently. Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, materials used, and work performed for quality assurance and compliance purposes. Ensure all work areas are restored safely and meet company quality standards upon project completion. Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry, specifically in water damage restoration, mold remediation, or fire restoration. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Leadership experience or ability to supervise a team of mitigation technicians. Availability for on-call coverage to respond to emergency mitigation situations outside of regular working hours. Knowledge of safety protocols, industry standards, and best practices in mitigation services. Ability to assess damage accurately and develop effective mitigation strategies. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required. Pay:
$26.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
