Responsibilities Lead crews on water, fire, mold, and restoration mitigation projects Perform demolition, drying, decontamination, and equipment setup Document job progress through photos, notes, and moisture readings Train and mentor technicians to improve efficiency and quality Ensure safety compliance with IICRC and OSHA standards Communicate job updates to project managers and clients Performance Goals Complete assigned mitigation projects on schedule and within budget Maintain accurate documentation (moisture logs, photos, notes) to support estimating and billing Ensure zero safety violations and consistent use of PPE and OSHA standards Achieve strong customer satisfaction scores through professionalism and communication Lead crews to meet or exceed daily/weekly production targets for demolition, drying, and equipment setup Maximize earning potential with overtime and pay differentials for specialty work (sewage, trauma/biohazard, confined space) What We're Looking For 2+ years of restoration/mitigation experience (preferred) IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/Mold a plus) or willingness to obtain Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage crews and meet deadlines under pressure Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits & Pay Incentives $20-$26/hour (DOE) + overtime pay Pay differentials for sewage cleanup, trauma/biohazard projects, and confined space work Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holidays Certification & training opportunities Apply today to join the Palm Restore Grants Pass team and grow your career with leadership opportunities, overtime pay, and specialty differentials.
