We are seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Crew Chief to lead our emergency-response team. Responsibilities Lead crews on water, fire, mold, and storm-damage projects. Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, and mold remediation. Conduct moisture inspections and create moisture maps. Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and extraction equipment. Complete photos, drying logs, equipment records, and job notes. Use mitigation software such as MICA, DASH, Matterport, or DocuSketch. Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and the office. Participate in an after-hours emergency rotation. Qualifications Water mitigation and crew-leadership experience. Knowledge of moisture mapping and structural drying. Restoration-software experience. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

IICRC WRT
