Job Description

Job Overview Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to join our team and provide maintenance and repair services to our facility. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, and make necessary repairs Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the facility is in good working condition Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role Skilled in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus

Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory. Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments. Conduct equipment diagnostics involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, and industrial controls. Repair and maintain industrial machinery through welding (stick welding), electrical diagnostics, hydraulic repairs, and troubleshooting pneumatic systems. Read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately to identify faults and implement effective solutions. Support field service operations by providing technical assistance on-site for equipment repair or installation projects. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to electrical maintenance, high voltage work, and industrial mechanics. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and implement process improvements.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
