This full-time role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems that keep our facility running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment, including hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for facility infrastructure
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, inspections, and installations
Ensure all facility systems comply with applicable safety codes and regulations
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, and documentation
Support facility improvement and capital projects as needed
Respond to facility emergencies and equipment failures, including occasional on-call support
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
1+ years of experience in facilities engineering, maintenance, or a related role
Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in industrial/facility environments, including confined spaces, rooftops, and mechanical rooms as needed
