This full-time role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems that keep our facility running safely and efficiently.
- Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment, including hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for facility infrastructure
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, inspections, and installations
- Ensure all facility systems comply with applicable safety codes and regulations
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, and documentation
- Support facility improvement and capital projects as needed
- Respond to facility emergencies and equipment failures, including occasional on-call support
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 1+ years of experience in facilities engineering, maintenance, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in industrial/facility environments, including confined spaces, rooftops, and mechanical rooms as needed
