Engineer I - Facilities & Maintenance at Marriott supports reliable, efficient hotel operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Engineer I executes preventive maintenance, responds promptly to work orders, and documents tasks in our maintenance system. Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance on hotel mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient operations. Conduct preventive maintenance rounds, document work in CMMS, and support energy-efficient building performance. Assist with guest room and public-area repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and high service standards. Collaborate with Facilities leadership and vendors on inspections, repairs, and small projects while following Marriott safety and brand standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, communicate effectively with hotel teams, and support a clean, well-maintained environment.
