About the Role Repipe Specialists A-1 LLC is looking for a driven salesperson with a working plumbing background to grow our commercial drain, sewer, trenchless, and pipe-lining business. This is primarily a sales role, but general sales experience alone isn't enough. You'll need to understand plumbing systems, talk credibly with contractors and facility teams, run effective job walks, and close profitable work. What You'll Do Hunt for new business and build your own pipeline. Build relationships with plumbing contractors, property managers, HOAs, facility teams, general contractors, municipalities, manufacturers, and commercial clients. Own the sales process from prospecting and discovery through job walks, proposals, negotiation, closing, handoff, and follow-up. Evaluate drain, sewer, underground, CIPP, SIPP, point-repair, and other pipe-rehabilitation opportunities with support from our technical leadership. Review plans, CCTV footage, measurements, access requirements, and field conditions before committing to scope or price. Prepare clear proposals with scope, pricing, assumptions, exclusions, and options. Protect margin by spotting unknown conditions and avoiding incomplete scopes. Keep opportunities, activities, forecasts, and next steps current in HubSpot. Hand off complete project details to Operations, including scope, pricing, documentation, risks, access, and customer commitments. What We're Looking For Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, develop a pipeline, negotiate, and close new business. A working background in plumbing, especially drain, sewer, storm, underground, DWV, or related systems. Enough field knowledge to understand how the work gets done and recognize potential scope problems. Ability to conduct job walks, ask strong discovery questions, and document field conditions. Ability to read or confidently navigate plumbing plans, drawings, specifications, and site maps. Understanding of pricing, gross margin, and selling properly scoped work. Strong organization, follow-through, written communication, and CRM discipline. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout Southern California. Willingness to travel out of state or stay overnight occasionally when projects require it. Backgrounds We Value Strong candidates may come from plumbing sales, drain and sewer service, plumbing installation, plumbing business ownership, municipal sewer or stormwater work, plumbing-material distribution, underground utilities, or trenchless rehabilitation. We'll also consider plumbing foremen, superintendents, estimators, project managers, and field supervisors with strong communication, business judgment, and natural sales ability. Hands-on plumbing experience is strongly valued, but a master-plumber license is not required. New to Lining and Trenchless? Experience with

inspection, hydrojetting, descaling, point repair, or other trenchless methods is preferred, but you don't need to be an expert. A strong salesperson with a solid plumbing foundation can learn lining as another solution, and you'll receive technical training and field exposure during onboarding. What Success Looks Like Meeting a minimum annual sales-production expectation of $1.5 million. Building a self-generated pipeline while converting qualified company and partner opportunities. Producing properly scoped, profitable work that meets company margin requirements. Maintaining timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, current CRM records, and complete project handoffs.
