ENGINEER I SUN CITY PALM DESERT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsibilities include performing technical and general facility maintenance functions. Ensure that all support and service is conducted by trade code and fulfilled in manner consistent with the standards, goals and objectives of the Community Association.
RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Perform general maintenance tasks at all facilities under the responsibility of Facilities Maintenance. Perform all technical and general maintenance - mechanical (golf cart fleet maintenance), HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical repairs, pool repairs, carpentry, painting, and Life & Safety response procedures. Change air conditioning air filters as per maintenance schedule. Change light bulbs as scheduled and as needed for proper lamination. Provide assistance with delivery of supplies, materials and equipment to various areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education and/or Experience - High School, plus minimum three (3) years of Engineer I experience. Previous experience in the facilities maintenance industry a plus. Language Skills -Excellent written and verbal communication required. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, customers, and the general public.

Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
