This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a design professional with experience in plumbing, HVAC, piping, or mechanical design who wants to expand their technical skills while working on commercial, multifamily, and residential projects. Key Responsibilities Review commercial, multifamily, and residential plumbing and HVAC plans and set up CAD or Revit files for design work. Design and modify plumbing, piping, HVAC, and mechanical systems based on project specifications, field conditions, and code requirements. Create 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, details, isometrics, schedules, and fabrication or installation drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD. Review drawings and submittals for coordination, space limitations, accuracy, constructability, and project compliance. Perform material takeoffs, prepare material requisitions, and support fabrication and field teams with technical design questions. Coordinate with Project Managers, Field Foremen, and field operations to resolve design issues, document revisions, and support project needs.

Compensation and Benefits Pay range:

$25.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Full-time, in-person position in Riverside, CA. Employee Stock Ownership Plan, ESOP. 401(k) with 4 percent company match.
