Job Description

Controls Engineer Any of our client's location - Southwest US preferred (Hybrid - 4 Days/Week Onsite) We're looking for a Facilities Engineer with strong

BAS + HVAC

experience to support facilities projects across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead BAS projects from design through installation, commissioning & optimization Manage contractors, vendors, budgets and project milestones Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical and building systems Support BAS upgrades, standards and continuous improvement Train facilities/maintenance teams and document work in

CMMS Must Have:

Bachelor's degree 2+ years experience with BAS, HVAC and building systems BAS design, installation and commissioning experience Strong mechanical systems knowledge

Bonus:

Tridium/Niagara, Honeywell, Distech, BACnet/ModbLonWorks, CMMS or EPA Universal Certification. #LI-JS1
