The Facilities and Real Estate team is seeking a highly analytical Senior Software Engineer to join a collaborative team focused on modernization of complex real estate systems utilizing a modern tech stack. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' full-stack development experience, demonstrate servant leadership qualities, and possess a desire to continuously learn.
Location:
Hybrid (Lakeland, FL): To support our hybrid work model, candidates must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a commutable distance of Lakeland, FL.

Your Impact:
Hands-on development work within a cross-functional team environment utilizing agile methodologies Convert requirements to technical design, develop high-quality solutions, and implement while collaborating with other technical and business areas Define and communicate development scope, resource estimates, and risks to the product owner and/or manager Collaborate with product owner and team members to develop features and user stories with clear requirements and acceptance criteria Convert requirements to technical design, develop high-quality solutions, and implement while collaborating with other technical and business areas Facilitate technical knowledge transfers and perform peer code reviews Lead technical team through problem determination and resolution on highly complex problems Ensure technology solutions and enhancements meet or exceed change management, security, and compliance policies Ability to participate in production support rotation Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends to help guide architectural decisions and technical strategy #LI-JB1
