Provide training and support to junior engineering staff. Required Skills Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Ability to read system schematics and operational manuals. Hands-on experience with tools and maintenance equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
