is looking for skilled Maintenance Equipment Engineers to join our growing team in Matteson, IL(near Chicago), Warren, OH (near Cleveland), Lansing, MI, and Phoenix, AZ! This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly while working alongside a talented and dedicated crew. Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures and implement effective repairs Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance Collaborate with operations teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in maintenance management systems Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
Requirements:
Degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) Proven experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or a similar engineering role Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
