Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs and installations
• Weld using stick welding techniques to repair metal components
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Maintain records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal stakeholders
• Maintain a log of PMs and daily / weekly and monthly inspections checklists in Quore. Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field
• Proficient in electrical systems, including low voltage wiring and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements
• Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
• Experience with precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs and installations
• Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
• Basic understanding of technical sales principles for equipment procurement
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
