Our preference is a flexible licensing qualification arrangement that does not require daily onsite attendance or hands-on HVAC installation work, provided the arrangement is permitted by the local licensing authority. Preferred Engagement ArrangementsFirst Preference - License Qualifier Only (No Regular Onsite Work) Serve as the designated HVAC license qualifier for EnSource, if legally permitted. Assist with HVAC contractor registration and permit applications. Provide the oversight, review, and authorization required by the applicable licensing authority. No daily onsite attendance or routine installation work expected. Compensation may be structured as a monthly qualification/oversight fee, subject to legal requirements. Second Preference - Part-Time Provide HVAC license qualification and necessary technical supervision. Attend the project site when required for inspections, code compliance, or project support. Flexible working schedule. Compensation negotiable. Third Preference - Full-Time Serve as the company's HVAC qualifier. Provide ongoing technical oversight and support for HVAC installations. Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and local inspectors. Full-time compensation negotiable. Minimum Qualifications Hold a valid HVAC license or qualification acceptable to the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana. Be legally eligible to serve as a qualifying individual for EnSource Construction Inc. Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC installations. Familiarity with HVAC permit applications, inspections, and applicable mechanical codes. Ability and willingness to fulfill all legally required supervisory responsibilities. Compensation Compensation is negotiable based on qualifications, licensing requirements, availability, and the agreed scope of responsibilities.
