You will perform inspections, troubleshoot and repair equipment, manage building automation systems, and support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Working closely with property and project teams, you'll help ensure reliable building performance, tenant comfort, and regulatory compliance while contributing to high-profile real estate and investment projects in a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
