  • Take part in special projects, renovations, and system improvements while building a strong foundation for career growth. What You'll Be Doing Facility Walk-Throughs & Inspections
  • Regularly assess the building structure, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and related systems to ensure safe, efficient operation. Preventive Maintenance & Energy Management
  • Operate and maintain preventive maintenance and energy programs in line with brand and company standards. Repairs & Projects
  • Assign, complete, and verify repairs, renovations, and special projects in guest rooms, offices, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Plumbing & Mechanical Work
  • Install, inspect, clean, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, pipes, and related equipment. Grounds & Public Area Care
  • Maintain exterior areas, landscaping, parking lots, stairwells, and maintenance spaces to keep the property attractive and safe. Pool & Facility Monitoring
  • Conduct daily testing and monitoring of pool and whirlpool systems to ensure compliance and guest safety. Reporting & Communication
  • Maintain logs and records, generate reports, and keep leadership informed on the overall condition of the property. Who You Are Hands-On & Detail-Driven

  • Comfortable lifting up to 100 pounds, climbing ladders, working in confined or awkward spaces, and standing or walking for extended periods. Tech & Process Ready
  • Confident using computers and maintenance systems to log work, generate reports, and follow preventive maintenance programs. All-Weather Ready
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures. Physically Resilient
  • Comfortable with frequent bending, kneeling, crawling, lifting, reaching, and performing physically demanding tasks safely.
