What You'll Do As the Maintenance Engineer, you will provide technical support to facilitate the execution of equipment maintenance strategies. You will initiate improvement in equipment strategies and implement modified strategies.
Other duties will include:
Assist in the co-ordination and planning of major outages.
Assist in the development of execution tools and work management processes.
Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety. (Ensure SAO, JSA, Take 5's, stretching, and all safety rules are being completed.)
Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations.
Live and foster the IPL Corporate Values.
Provide technical support to the Mechanical Maintenance Team
